About the plans

I'm having trouble deciding which plan to choose.

We have three plans available: the “Basic Plan,” the “Bot Training Plan,” and the “All-Inclusive Plan.”

If you choose the Basic Plan, you will review the chatbot’s question-and-answer history yourself. If you want to correct any responses, you can either train the bot yourself or purchase a training voucher pack (50 changes per pack) and request us to handle the training. This option is the most cost-effective.

The Bot Training Plan allows you to review the chatbot’s question-and-answer history yourself. If you want to correct any responses, you can request us to do the training for you. There is no limit to the number of trainings we can perform in a given month.

The All-Inclusive Plan means that we will review the chatbot’s question-and-answer history and train the bot as necessary, without any work on your part.

The recommended plan varies based on your needs. However, if your goal is to operate your chatbot as efficiently and economically as possible, we recommend the “Basic Plan” plus an additional purchase of the training bot voucher pack. These 50 sessions do not expire, allowing you to use them on a needs basis with no waste.

What does it mean by it can handle multiple languages?

Al Navi supports over 95 languages worldwide. Even if trained in English, it responds in the language in which the questions are asked. For example, if the system learns from an English website, it can accurately respond in languages such as Chinese, Korean, and Thai if asked in those languages.

AI Navi can learn from a variety of data sources including multiple web pages, PDFs, and text documents. With websites, it can process thousands of pages. As a result, it becomes capable of solving more complex problems and providing accurate answers.

AI Navi is useful across a variety of business sectors. It is particularly valuable in the field of customer support that requires multilingual capabilities.

The value of these 300 credits is as follows: ChatGPT-4o mini uses 1 credit per response, GPT-4o consumes 3 credits, and GPT-4 consumes 7 credits.

Some possible ways you can use the credits:
– Ask 300 questions using GPT-4o mini
– Ask 100 questions in GPT-4o mini, 20 questions using GPT-4o, and 20 questions using GPT-4

About the plan

What is the difference between the All-inclusive Plan and the Basic Plan?

The “All-inclusive Plan,” as the name suggests, allows you to offload most of the maintenance tasks to us. Clients will be asked some questions so the AI Navi team can compile questions and answers to accurately train the chatbot.  Additionally, while the Basic Plan includes only 1,000 credits per month, the All-inclusive Plan provides ten times that amount, with 10,000 credits.

About payment

The setup fee starts at $500 CAD Why is there a range in the fee?

The “+” in the pricing indicates variability because different customers require different amounts of information to be learned. More time is spent when learning from numerous websites, PDFs, etc. Learning from 1-2 websites, a few PDFs, or documents is covered by the base fee. If the scope substantially exceeds this, we will provide you with an estimate of the additional costs. Rest assured, we will not proceed to work without your agreement and subsequently bill you unexpectedly.

As a general rule, the trial lasts one week. However, it will end sooner if the  300 free credits are used up before the week is over.

Credit cards and PayPal can be used for payment. Bank transfers are also available. If you wish to make a bank transfer in Japan, please inquire directly.

Unfortunately, unused credits cannot be carried over. Each month, you are granted a new allocation of 1,000 credits. Any credits purchased that exceed the 1,000 credit limit will also expire at the end of the month.

If you use up the 1,000 credits allocated each month, an additional 1,000 credits will automatically be added at a cost of $10 CAD. If you do not wish to exceed the basic 1,000 credits, please let us know. We can configure the system so that no additional credits are added, preventing any surcharges. However, in this case, the chatbot will not operate once you exceed the monthly allocation of 1,000 credits.

Cancellations can be made at any time. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you wish to cancel during the contract term, please notify us by email by the 25th of the previous month. We will send an email confirming the termination of your contract. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt of this confirmation.

About security

How is personal information handled?

Al Navi is committed to protecting personal information and operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We do not engage in unauthorized transfer of customer data to third parties.

Specific security update schedules are not disclosed, but regular security updates are conducted.

AI Navi operates in compliance with GDPR and has implemented security measures to eliminate the risk of data leakage.

Can you work with clients who live outside of Canada?

Yes, we have been doing business with companies and organizations in the United States and Japan for over 25 years. Serving clients who are located outside of Canada is no problem at all.

Japan Media is a company based in Vancouver, Canada, and has over 25 years of experience.
